The Appointment Setter will play a crucial role in our client engagement strategy, being responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and acting as the first point of contact for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and prospects.
- Manage multiple calendars to ensure no scheduling conflicts arise.
- Provide timely reminders to clients and staff about upcoming appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and resolving scheduling issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
